At L’Unique Designs, we pride ourselves on offering handmade, unique, and personalized products. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we do not accept returns except in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a broken or factory-defective product, please notify us at luniquedesigns1@gmail.com within 1 hour of receiving the item. We will ask you to send photos of the damaged product to proceed with the refund or replacement (Customers are responsible for shipping costs, except for orders over $150, which may qualify for free returns. If you qualify, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label via email).

Order Errors: If an error has been made in your order, such as receiving an incorrect item or incorrect personalization, please contact us immediately at luniquedesigns1@gmail.com after delivery so we can correct it.

Delivery Times

Our products require different production times due to their artisanal nature:

  • Made-to-Order Products: Items such as woven bags and other personalized products require a minimum of 15 business days for production and final delivery.
  • Personalized Products: Items requiring personalization, such as embroidered towels and hoops, will have a delivery time of 5 business days.

Please note:

  • L’Unique Designs does not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances.
  • After confirming the correct return and approving the request, we will issue a STORE CREDIT equal to the amount of your original purchase.

Return Conditions:

  • Damaged, dirty, or altered items may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
  • Items marked as SALE cannot be returned or exchanged; all SALE purchases are final.
